BlueRECS’s vision is to be the driving force that empowers individuals and supports communities in developing countries.
Vision
BLUERECS’s mission is to support communities and individuals in order to help stabilize families in need by encouraging the talents of individuals in the household. Our role is to be the bridge that connects people in developing countries to the opportunities that could change their lives for the better. We believe that our mission can succeed through projects that support Rural improvement, Education, Capacity building, and Sustainability. Together, these four elements have the power to change the fate of people in developing nations and possibly the future. By creating more functional societies where people can thrive and grow to their full potential, we will be able to achieve advancements in human intelligence and progression.
Meet the team
Sadaf Dawar
Sadaf Dawar, the founder of BlueRECS organization, is a young college student attending George mason university. She is eager to raise awareness about life in developing countries and advocating for the critical attention that people in such countries need in order to overcome their challenging situations and succeed for a better life.
Paula Williams
Wares Nayel is a distinguished Communications Expert with over eight years of strategic communications and project management experience under USAID-funded programs. His expertise encompasses project oversight, risk management, cross-cultural team leadership, and effective communication, essential for driving impactful global initiatives. learn more
Catherine Sinclair
Catherine Sinclair is a performing arts student at the University of Southern California, double majoring in Sociology on a pre-law track. Catherine has grown up in a household that highly values philanthropy and community service, which has fostered her love to help others. She is thrilled to aid the formation and growth of this organization, as well as the wellbeing of others.
Shamim Dawar
Shamim Dawar is a board member of the BlueRECS organization. She is a teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools and holds a Bachelor of Education Studies and a Master’s in HR Management. She has a great passion for education and is dedicated to providing the gift of learning to children who lack access to it.
